Richard and Kerry are a great team. Kerry looks after the office side, Richard the installations. They have installed double glazed windows, doors, side panels for me on two occasions in 2023. Kerry goes the extra mile getting the order correct and arranging installation at a convenient time. Fuelled by regular cups of tea, Richard works very hard, is meticulous and tidy, and is quick to resolve any problems that arise. Often he is helped out by the friendly and exerienced Brian. Apart from a high quality new door or window, you would not know they had been here. Competitive pricing, excellent customer service and guaranteed workmanship.

Several of our uPVC double glazed windows were jammed shut. Turning the handle did not open the windows anymore. Richard identified the parts needed and ordered them for us. Within a couple of weeks the parts had been fitted and we had working windows once more. Great Service!
